Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Sirius M, a steel cruising boat in very good condition, offering spacious accommodation and excellent cruising capabilities.
Sirius M has been cleverly fitted out to provide comfort whether cruising or stationary, and has full headroom throughout.
Accommodation is spread over three levels, the top level is an open plan kitchen and lounge area. The Kitchen is well fitted with an oven and fridge and plenty of work surface and storage cupboards. The lounge has Oak flooring and a log burning stove. The many windows on this top level provide plenty of light and panoramic views whether cruising or static.
The middle level offers a utility room with washing machine, a large shower room, a bathroom with full sized bath, and a separate toilet.
The lower level offers two good sized double cabins and two single cabins, so plenty of room for a family and guests.
The two Gardener 6 lxb's provide plenty of power and were fully serviced last year and the boat is fully set up to cruise, with a new 50m anchor chain and a completely reconditioned winch. The steering system has been completely refitted with all new hydraulic systems and a new wheel.
Currently berthed at Brighton marina on an annual licence, the boat is able to stay on its current berth subject to the marina's agreement. Although not on a full residential mooring the boat does enjoy a liveaboard berth.
Sirius M offers comfortable accommodation in beautiful surroundings and is capable of cruising inland waterways as well as coastal waters.
